By car, bus, train, airplane you will get to Midões.

By car:

Brussels - Paris - Bordeaux - Burgos - Salamanca - Guarda - direction Aveiro/Viseu IP5, then 

National highway N17. Turn off Celorica Da Beira direction Coimbra. Then turn off at Oliveira Do Hospital. Go down to Oliveira do Hospital and follow direction Travanca de Lagos/Bobadela. At the roundabout (you have on your left side a disco ´Casa dos Espiritos´), take direction Midões. As you drive past the sign of Midões village you have a Galp gasoline station on your left side 200 m further up.

Here you stop and call our number : 964598087. We come as soon as possible to pick you up.

Or take IP5 Guarda-Aveiro/Viseu until Mangualde, then you go direction Coimbra-Nelas, on the N234 After about 42 km you go direction Tabua N234-6. When you enter Tabua the first 3 roundabouts you follow direction Oliveira do Hospital/Midões. At the traffic lights go straight until the roundabout. There you follow the sign Midões. After about 8 km you have a sign Midões-Casal da Senhora, you go to your right. Drive until Midões village and go direction Oliveira do Hospital, 200 m further up there is a Galp gasoline station. Here you call our number 964598087 and we'll pick you up.

From the airport Lisbon :

You take the A 1 direction Coimbra ,here you follow direction Viseu on the IP 3(don't turn to Oliveira do Hospital).When you reach Santa Comba Dão you follow the sign Mangualde-Guarda on the IC12.More or less 1 km further you have the sign Tabua N234-6 this you follow until Tabua.When you enter Tabua the first 3 roundabouts you follow direction  Oliveira do Hospital/Midões. At the traffic lights go straight until the roundabout. There you follow the sign Midões. After about 8 km you have a sign Midões-Casal da Senhora, you go to your right. Drive until Midões village and go direction Oliveira do Hospital, 200 m further up there is a Galp gas station. Here you call our number 964598087 and we'll pick you up.Or you follow the yellow horse shoe signs...

From the airport Porto :

Euro-lines brings you from your country to Oliveira do Hospital, this is 10 km from Midões. If you arrive there you take a taxi or call us : 964598087, and we'll send a taxi to pick you up (€ 19)

If you come by bus from Lisbon airport : You go to "sete rios" (bus station in Lisbon town) There you take the bus to Oliveira do Hospital (sometimes you have to change buses in Coimbra). When you arrive in Oliveira do Hospital you take a taxi or you call our number 964598087 
and we´ll send a taxi to pick you up (€ 19).

You can also take the train from Lisbon or Porto to Santa Comba Dão.
From Porto you have to change train in Pampilhosa or Coimbra B.

From airport Porto by train:you take the metro to the train station Campanhã (35min./1.90€)there you take the train to Santa Comba Dão , you have to change trains  in Coimbra B or in Pampilhosa .In Santa Comba Dão you take a taxi or you call us 964598087 and we send a taxi. (± 19Euro).

Arrival in Midões

Arriving in Midões you just give us a 
call(  964598087). We will come to the gasoline station and drive in front to the farm.Or you can follow the yellow horse shoes. When we drive down to the sand path you might think : ”Where are they taking me ”. 800 meters down in the valley and earthy colors from the house will appear... the orchard with the stables in the back.... the horses and the valley make you dream away for a second...
